White lilies

I got white dots again and it seems to be some problems with chemicals, have to buy fresh ones.

Camera: Lubitel 166B
Film: Ilford Pan F plus 50 exposed at ISO 12 (expired for 2 years)
Developer: Rodinal 1+25 for 6 minutes at 20°C
